Industrial Control

Industrial Control

When we talk about Industrial Control, we mean installing, maintaining and troubleshooting industrial automated and electrical production systems.

Nowadays automation technology is one of the most important aspects of the industrial control of production systems. It is growing rapidly, requiring an interest in keeping up with the very latest developments.

Industrial control electricians will need to learn the installation of cables, instruments and control centres, programming and circuit design. Industrial Control electricians should also know how to configure Human Machine Interfaces and program Programmable Logic Controllers.

This work requires the ability to troubleshoot in working systems, either across industries or in a specialist area. Electricians will also need to provide expert advice and guidance on technical production issues, cost-effective solutions and production problems.
